Dimapur, April 7 (DIPR): The Election Commission of India has pre-pone the poll date for 26 Aonglenden (ST) Assembly Constituency of Nagaland to May 7, 2011 in place of May 8, 2011. However the remaining schedule and dates will remain unchanged. The schedule for Bye-Election to 26 Aonglenden AC is as shown below: Issue of notifications on April 11 (Monday), Last date of nominees on April 18 (Monday), Scrutiny of nominees on April 19 (Tuesday), Last date of withdrawal of candidatures on April 21 (Thursday), Date of poll on May 7 (Saturday), Counting of votes on May 13 (Friday) to start at 8:00 am. Date before which elections shall be completed on May15 (Sunday). Also, the hours of Poll are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
