I would like to congratulate the executive members of Against Corruption and Unabated Taxation (ACAUT) and Public Service Aspirant of Nagaland (PSAN), for their victory in the fight against backdoor appointment . Since they have already won the case against backdoor appointment, one is left to wonder as to what is holding back the ACAUT and PSAN from the termination of all the backdoor appointments including those, whose service had already been regularized till date basing on the government Office Memorandum (O.M) dated 4/08/2008. More ever, why is the ACAUT and PSAN maintaining a complete silence on those backdoor appointment, whose service had already been regularized prior to 3/08/2018, while being deadly against and opposed to the regularization of these contract government employees, who had ready completed more than 5 years of continuous service prior to 3/08/2018. Is this not a mockery and bias on the part of the mighty ACAUT and PSAN ?. Its a humble appeal to the ACAUT and PSAN, to apply the same criteria between those contract government employees , whose service had already been regularized and those contract government employees, whose service are yet to be regularizes, even though though, they had served the same years( or even more,) as those, whose service had already been regularized basing on O.M dated 4/08/2008.Looking forward to a response from ACAUT and PSAN.
