With reference to the proposed examination held in 2003 for the post of Primary Teacher, I would like to bring in your kind attention to the errors committed by the constituted panel and would request you to withheld the result which is set to be declared.
1. Firstly, It has been eight (8) long years since the proposed examination was held and the decision by the department asking the candidates to submit their admit card through a local news paper without dispatching letters in order to declare the result is greatly uncalled for.
2. Secondly, Nagaland as a state constitutes of people mainly from rural areas and a candidate like me resides in a place where news and information are limited. And publishing of a news asking the candidates to submit their admit card through local newspaper is greatly disapproved. When the news reached my ear regarding the submission of admit card, it has been too late by then as the last date for submission was over.
Therefore the Director of school education is requested to withheld the result realizing the errors committed by the department and give another chance to the candidates to submit their admit card.
