An appeal to State Government

Nagaland is going through an unexpected period of turmoil and restlessness with frequent bandh which deeply paralyzes youth psychology, harms progress of education and economy, and all normal life of the public in the state. Different good and valid reasons are given to be the causes and reasons of the impasse. But enough is enough, there is a time for everything, and together we must save our generation from further drift.

As a land of Christians, following praying, this submission is to appeal to the present state leadership to understand the pulse of the public and give way to public to return to normalcy. The Bible has momentary application when it tells us: “Rejoice with those who rejoice; mourn with those who mourn. Live in harmony with one another. Do not be proud, but be willing to associate with people of low position. Do not be conceited (Rom 12:15,16). It is time to identify with the teeming suffering crowd. And it is high time to bring healing to the injured land. As Christians, and as Christ humbled himself and was willing to die for us, our leaders who are Christians, despite having many rights, are expected to facilitate normalcy that your fellow countrymen may overcome the past stalemate with new a perspective. As necessity has no law, the aspiring thousands must be released to return to making progress. Complex can be simplified with Christ. Saving act is no regret but blessing. Thank you.
