ZUNHEBOTO, JULY 7 (MExN): Troops of Zunheboto Battalion of Assam Rifles under the aegis of HQ IGAR (North) apprehended one person and recovered a point 22 pistol (country made) along with 5 live rounds.
A press release from the PRO, UGAR (N) identified the apprehended person as one Viboka T who was held during “area domination patrol” at New Colony, Zunheboto Town. The apprehended individual along with the recovered arm and ammunition was handed over to Police Station, Zunheboto for further investigation.
