Dimapur, December 16 (MExN): An alleged NSCN (K) cadre was arrested when an operation in general area New Market, Dimapur by conducted by troops of 32 Assam Rifles along with police representative on December 14. An AR press note identified the cadre as Tokavi Sumi of Luhezhe village, Dimapur. The apprehendee along with the recovered items was handed over to East Police Station, Dimapur for further investigation, it added.
