Phek, March 13 (MExN): Phek Battalion of Assam Rifles under the aegis of HQ IGAR (North) with the motto ‘For You with You’ distributed study materials to the students of Government School at Avangkhu and Phek Government Higher Secondary School at Battalion Headquarters, Phek on March 12.
AR press release stated that in Avangkhu, a total of 18 students and their parents attended the function in presence of school teachers and villagers and a counselling lecture was also conducted for the students and parents on importance of education in their lives.
While in Phek GHSS 13 students attended a career counselling lecture highlighting the importance of higher secondary education and choosing the right profession as per one’s talent. Students were also motivated to join Armed Forces.
