Kohima, April 10 (MExN): With the aim to resolve the prolonged problem of daily ablutions of villagers, the 41 Assam Rifles provisioned a Toilet block for the people of Khonoma village which was inaugurated by the village GB on April 8 in presence of villagers and AR personnel.
A defence press release informing this stated that the toilet block will be beneficial to the community and will contribute towards improving hygiene and sanitation in the village. The civil administration and locals of Khonoma village appreciated and expressed their gratitude to Assam Rifles for providing the facility, the release added.
