Arju Autumn Fest Tuli 2019 concludes

The main event of the two-day Arju Autumn Fest Tuli 2019 was graced by Nagaland State Minister for PWD (Housing & Mechanical), Tongpang Ozukum as special guest at Rajeshwari Karuna School campus in Tuli on October 10. 


The minister envisaged that the festival will gradually become a mega event. He said that the festival has the potential to reach out to more people, tap in more talents and promote entrepreneurship and promote tourism in Tuli and Nagaland.


The event was hosted by Mengu Soukhrie with performances from various artist including Zuchobeni Tungoe, Sunep Lemtur, Toshimoa Jamir and Dreamz Unlimited and others. 


The bands contesting for the ‘Battle of the Band’ performed two songs one cover and one original. The competing bands included the Paradigm Shift from Dimapur, Amalgamates from Mokokchung, Dynamic Cardioid from Mokokchung and Orange from Dimapur. The competing bands performed alongside the artists of the night.


The festival also offered the visitors ziplining, outdoor camping, ATV rides, indigenous games and traditional artifacts display besides others.


The festival was organised by Community Educational Centre Society (CECS) with the event partners for the Arju Fest including the Task Force for Music & Arts, Tuli district administration, Dreamz Unlimited, Music 24 Studio, Music Dukaan, Live Master, Inkcraft Studio, Pencilwork Graphics, Graphic India, Arrow Club Tuli and Creative Sound.
