An Army jawan from Nagaland, who went missing in Sikkim flash floods along with 22 other army personnel, was found dead on Thursday. However, his body was could be identified only on Friday, sources said. The deceased has now been identified as Kimentemsu Sanglir, aged 26 years, and hailing from Molungyimsen village in Mokokchung district. Kimentemsu, who was posted in Sikkim, was among the 23 army jawans reported missing since October 4 in the flash flood in the Teesta River basin triggered by a cloud bust over Lhonak Lake in North Sikkim. According to sources, the mortal remains of late Kimentemsu Sanglir is being transported to Nagaland and last rites would be held at his native village Molungyimsen.
