Imphal, June 14 (MExN): Taking cognizance of reports appearing in certain sections of media, the Army has ordered an internal investigation on alleged mishandling and torture of PREPAK (Pro) cadre W Basanta Singh by 34 Assam Rifles while in custody. A press release from the Press Information Bureau (Defence Wing) informing this assured strict disciplinary actions against any individuals, if found guilty.
