Kohima, March 26 (MExN): Army Recruitment Rally would be held at Indira Gandhi Stadium, Kohima from April 6 to 7 for enrolment of male candidates into the Indian Army.
According to a defence release, the recruitment rally is primarily for the youth of Nagaland only.
Vacancies are also available for Soldier Nursing Assistant category. Qualitative Requirement are as under:- Age - 17 ½ to 23 years. (born after 01 Oct 1993 and before 01 Apr 1999). Educational qualification: - Should have secured 40% in compulsory subject (Physic, Chemistry, English and Bio) and 50% in aggregate in class 12th or B.Sc degree (Botany/Zoology/Bio Science and English (simple pass). Stipulation of marks laid down at 10+2 level will not be applicable. However, the candidates should have studied the all the four specified subjects in class 12th also.
Candidates are directed to apply online which has now been extended till March 28.
