Dimapur, April 14 (MExN): Assam Rifles troops apprehended one NSCN (R) cadre identified as Leacy Robin Lotha (42) along with .22 pistol with magazine and 2 live rounds during an operation conducted at a house in 4th Mile, Diphupar, Dimapur on April 14. Medziphema and Dimapur battalions of Assam Rifles under the aegis of HQ IGAR (N) had conducted the joint operation based on specific information along with a police representative, according to a press release from Lt Col Amitabh Sharma, PRO, HQ IGAR (N). The apprehended person along with the recovered items was handed over to Diphupar Police Station for further investigation.
