Dimapur, January 9 (MExN): Troops of 19 Assam Rifles along with police arrested an NSCN (K) cadre in Jail Colony, Kohima on January 8, 2014. A press release from the Assam Rifles informed that the cadre was identified as SS Capt Avikho Angami, 31, Naga Army No 11146, from Chumukedima village, Dimapur. The troops recovered one 9mm Pistol with seven rounds from the cadre, the note said. The cadre was handed over to Police Station (South) for further interrogation and investigation.
