Winners of the 4th Nagaland Drums Festival 2025 held at Town hall, Dimapur on October 25.
Dimapur, October 28 (MExN): Dhiranshu Sonowal from Sibsagar, Assam, clinched the first prize at the 4th Nagaland Drums Festival 2025, the results of which were declared on October 25.
Ankush Dey and Linper Pongener, both from Dimapur, Nagaland, secured the second and third prizes respectively in the main drums competition, officials said in a press note.
In the Snare Drums category, the duo of Daniel Tase and Mariiziio Chachei from Hope Academy, Dimapur, won the Level B title.
The competition was judged by noted percussionists Tenny Copper and Shubham Bhardwaj.
The prizes for the winners were sponsored by Galaxy Digital Pvt. Ltd, Vivezza Music Studio, and Gretex.
