Dimapur, December 18 (MExN): The Assisi Centre for Integrated Development through the support of NDWM Nagaland Region and MZF organised a program on career guidance for the leaders and the members of the child right movement at 10:00 am in ACID hall.

Punam compered the whole programme while Abigail welcomed the members gathered. Sr Pramila, the Director of Assisi centre spoke on Career guidance and the importance of choosing the right direction.

She began the session asking the children what they want to become. She spoke on what they would have to do to reach their goals, what risks one will face, whether one is sure of the route, if the subjects chosen are appropriate, and what happens if one does not make it.

“Because many a times children want to become someone but parents and the elders want them become someone. There they get confused. To obey their elders they just accept the decision made by the parents,” she observed. She enlightened them to choose a proper career at the right time .

There were 75 participants who took part in the event.
