Dimapur, June 22 (MExN): Assisi Hr Sec School celebrated fresher’s day on June 22. Principal of the institution, Rev. Sr. Benny Fernandes welcomed the gathering and highlighted on the importance of having the day.
A press release stated here that the occasion was graced by Rev. Sr. Mary C J, Provincial Superior of Ursuline Franciscan Sisters of North East Province.
Sr. Mary CJ in her message welcomed all the freshers to the institution and added that each and every one is blessed with many gifts and talents. They have to believe in themselves and strive hard to reach the heights with clear aim and never to give up in life. She also said that in coming days they will get lots of opportunities to excel in life and to build up their personalities so whenever an opportunity knock at their door to grab it and make use of it.
Pfukrelo Charana and Richa Soram were selected as Mr and Ms Fresher 2018 and Shahid and Illikivi as Mr. and Ms Talent respectively. The other highlights were different cultural programmes like dance and solo.
