ATAN hunger strike from Oct 25

DIMAPUR, OCTOBER 21 (MExN): Owing to the Government’s apathy towards our cause, the Aggrieved Teachers Association Nagaland (ATAN) will be resuming its Indefinite Hunger Strike from 25th October, 2011 which was suspended last September at the vicinity of Directorate of School Education, Kohima. This was informed in a press note issued by Vikato Swu, Convenor and Limayanger General Secretary ATAN.  Meanwhile, ATAN informs its members that food, lodging and conveyance shall be borne by individual themselves. Defaulters of recent collection of Rs.500 are requested to submit the same along with a photo copy of Appointment Order on the spot. All the members are directed to reach the venue by 9:00 A.M. Members failing to comply with the directive shall be imposed a fine of Rs.5,000 and shall borne all the further eventualities, the press note stated.
