Zunheboto, November 9 (MExN): The Silver Jubilee Celebration of Anderson Theological College (ATC) Aizuto began on November 9.
The College is a constituent of Sumi Baptist Churches Association (SBAK) which was established to uphold the truth, to defend the Bible and to evangelize all Sumi churches and to reach out to the unreached, stated a press release from Bombo K Yeptho, ZTSBC.
The celebration began with the unveiling of the Jubilee monolith by Reverend Mulato Chishi, Executive Secretary SBAK-Aizuto who was also the first Principal ATC Aizuto. In his speech, Chishi talked about the establishment of the College, and how its foremr students have passed out from the college and serving God in the state and beyond. He prayed that God will continue to bless the college and continue to bring out students to serve God.
The Jubilee Memorial Building was unveiled by Dr Shitovi Sumi, Principal ATC. He thanked all who contributed in the construction of the building. Earlier the programme was chaired by Sword Thingshung, Academic Dean ATC and a song was presented by ATC Jubilee Choir.
