Phek, May 29 (MExN): ATMA Phek, Kikruma Block conducted capacity building, training and demonstration programme in Kikruma village on May 25. The resource persons were BTT Convener Imtilepzuk, SDAO Pfütsero, and BTM Keduweteü Lomi. Various topics were covered during the day long programme, which included scope of organic cultivation of crops to enlighten farmers about the various health benefits of consuming organically grown crops as well as its rich marketing aspects; production technology of rice based on local conditions stressing mainly on right stage of transplanting for maximum crop production; preparation of dish wash, detergent powder etc. Altogether, 36 trainees attended the programme.
