Mon, January 30 (MExN): ATMA Mon, Wakching block conducted a two day demonstration programme on January 28 and 30. Demonstration on application of biofertilizers for seed treatment, soil treatment with special emphasis on maize was done by ATM, Lewang Konyak.
Later ATM, Mhajamo demonstrated on mulching of large cardamon and stressed on the importance and benefits of mulching. On January 30, demonstration on seed treatment, cultivation and maintenance of okra was done by BTM Roseline Pusa. Okra seeds were distributed to the attended 18 farmers.
