Phek, August 17 (MExN): ATMA-Phek organised a district level exhibition with the theme “SHG Products and Farmers Produce” on August 15 to showcase and expose the participants to the marketing strategies in regards to packaging and sales.
SHGs established under ATMA-Phek along with Farmer Awardees exhibited and sold their produce. Commodities on exhibition were cabbage, potato, local banana and banana chips, dried soyabean, pineapple squash, pickles, homemade cakes, and milk products. Different technical folders were also distributed to the visitors.
Chief Guest of the event, Minister for Forest, Environment & Wildlife Dr. Dr. Neikesalie Nicky Kire was briefed by Vethilu Theluo and Dr. Keviu Shuya (Deputy Project Director, ATMA-Phek) about the structural organization and its activities as well as the products on exhibit.
