Wokha, July 11 (MExN): Block Farmers Advisory committee (BFAC) meeting for ATMA Ralan Block was held at New Ralan Village on June 30. During the meeting, each members present participated actively by sharing their experiences in the field of agricultural sectors. They took turns to give their supplements and shared the grievances faced by the farmers. They also gave positive feedback on how the farmers are benefited through various demonstrations and training conducted at block level by ATMA. Food Security Group constituting of 10 members of mostly middle-aged women was formed. They were apprised of the purpose of their group formation and the role it plays in attaining food security. Altogether eight farmers and ATMA Officials attended the meeting.
