Mokokchung, September 30 (MExN): Agriculture Technology Management Agency (ATMA) Chuchuyimlang block conducted a demonstration programme on September 27 at Yaongyimti (old) village.
Tekasangla Ozukum, BTM highlighted on the benefits of cultivating cauliflower. Preparation of seed bed which is mandatory in good quality production of cauliflowers was practically demonstrated in the field. She also emphasized on the cultural practices and management throughout the cultivation of cauliflower.
Inputs like cauliflower, onion, tomato, pea seeds were provided to the farmers present.
Mayang, A.O II, BTT convener, encouraged the farmers to make their interest into reality by sharing equal responsibility along with the ATMA team members without hesitation whenever they face any problems in the field. The method demonstration was attended by 3 farmers.
