Wokha, April 27 (DIPR): Prior to commissioning of the augmentation of water supply to Wokha town, Minister for PHED, Nagaland, Chotisuh Sazo inspected the project site on April 27 located at Engrotchu Wokha Village. The Minister was accompanied by Chief Engineer PHED Kevisekhao Kruse, Deputy Commissioner, Wokha Wezope Kenye and other department officers from Kohima.
E.E, PHED Wokha and SDO, PHED, Wokha apprised the Minister about the progress of the ongoing work and informed that the project is on the verge of completion and is expected to be commissioned very soon. After thorough inspection of the machineries at the project site the Minister also tested the water pumping machine. Later the Minister inspected the newly constructed pump house at Etsuchuka water reservoir, Wokha town. The project is funded under Ministry of DONER.
