Automatic hand sanitizer donated to Nagaland House

New Delhi, December 6 (MExN): The MK Innovations donated an automatic hand sanitizer machine to the Deputy Resident Commissioner (DRC), Nagaland House, New Delhi December 3.

MK Innovations is started by two young entrepreneurs from Nagaland, namely Mhaleu Metha and Kesosilie Kennao, who during the recent lockdown decided to venture into new fields as their earlier business in the hotel industry went for a toss due to the COVID-19 pandemic, a DIPR report informed.

DRC Kethosituo Sekhose, expressed his gratitude to the young entrepreneurs for their contribution and stated that the youth of Nagaland are less than none in innovations and technology. The state’s economy can change for the better if more youths can take the path of innovations while understanding market dynamics, he stated.

The MK innovations expressed their gratitude to the Nagaland House for giving them business opportunity as one of their first customers way back in July 2020, when they initially launched.

The young entrepreneurs also thanked Minister for Higher Education and Tribal Affairs Nagaland, Temjen Imna Along for encouraging them with the Self Reliant Program.

The MK innovation is perhaps the only company to manufacture automated hand sanitizer in the whole of North-East and the only one in the country to even give a warranty of one year for their machines, the report added. It is learnt MK Innovations have offered to replace all the earlier machines supplied to Nagaland House, New Delhi with their new and improved versions, it added.
