At the advent of approaching great festivals in our state, we may need to discern ourselves with traffic calamities which imperil us. A common anxiety that haunts almost every home is whether our children reached home safely after visiting friends, partying or witnessing talent shows etc. during this period of time.
The ever increasing automotive machinaries that congested our narrow roads have become more and more obstructive. A smooth flow of traffic is very often perturbed by the impetuous two wheeler dashing drivers. These dare-devil drivers not only endangers their own lives but those pedestrians especially the children and innocent villagers who came from different corners of the state.
Concerned Association such as ANTA, two wheeler association etc should pacify their members not to dash- overtake when there is consistent flow of traffic. It is also expecting from RTOs to meticulously monitor the process of issuing Driving Licences to the individuals.
An exigency of filling up of potholes and puddles of road is highly called for, from the Department of Road & Bridges. The District Administrative and relevant authority is expected to determine some contra flows during this festive season for the safety and convenience of both tourists as well as general public.
To preserve the sanctity of this Christian state, let us rationalize our beverages whether local or foreign, so that our guests lay a memorable account of gratification upon us when they go home.
