MOKOKCHUNG, OCTOBER 22 (MExN): The Department of Agriculture and ATMA Mokokchung organised a District Level Awareness Programme on organic food production under Mission Organic Value Chain Development for North Eastern Region (MOVCDNER) – III (2020-2021) on October 22 at Sangtemla Ward Community Hall, Mokokchung. During the technical session, topics on sustainable organic practices, organic practices on rice production and organic products and usage were discussed. Resource persons were DPO, LRD, Dr Sashiyangba; DDAO, Dr Lanunochetla and ATM, ATMA, ShilunokdangJamir. Highlight of the programme was presented by DAO, Mokokchung; vote of thanks was proposed by AO, Imtitemsu; while the programme was chaired by AO, T Mayang.
