Kiphire, May 25 (MExN): Nagaland Pollution Control Board (NPCB) in collaboration with Kiphire Town Council (KTC) organised a workshop cum awareness programme with colony leaders, chairman, Gaon Buras and sanitation committee members, students’ organisations, women organizations and Chamber of Commerce at DC’s Conference Hall, Kiphire on May 22. During the programme, Olivia G Chophy Senior Scientific Assistant, NPCB shared on Ambient Air Quality while Rongsenben Longkumer, Junior Scientific Assistant, NPCB shared on plastic waste management. Waste management was highlighted by Yanathung Kithan Scientist 'B', NPCB. An interactive session was also held during the programme. EAC Kiphire, Kudazo delivered the welcome address while vote of thanks was shared by Hanpong Konyak, Junior Scientific Assistant, NPCB.
