Kohima, November 27 (MExN): The Angami Youth Organisation (AYO) has condemned the killing of Constable Kevisekho Khate of 10th IRB and Lance Naik T Zewangba Yim, NAP Rangers by their colleague Zenise Yhoshu, MT Platoon (NAP Rangers) on November 22. In a press release on Sunday, the AYO appealed to the concerned authority to investigate the case at the earliest and “disclose to the public the motive behind the heinous murder of the two jawans.” It also urged the concerned authority to book the culprit accordingly and award befitting punishment as per the law, in order to ensure that justice is not denied to the slain jawans and their kith and kin. Stating that the "indiscriminate murder" of the two jawans are an abomination to the society, the AYO conveyed deepest condolences to the bereaved families and prayed for the departed souls to rest in eternal peace.
