Balijan, July 15 (MExN): As a part of social responsibility, Balijan Youth Club distributed study materials and kits to the school and college going students of Balijan (A) under Bokajan sub-division, Karbi Anglong district of Assam on July 15.
During the short function held at BYC office in Balijan, Kishore Chettri underlined the value of education to the students and asked them to show dedication and hard work towards education as passing is not enough, according to a press release. One has to show readiness in every eventuality as it is much more competitive these days, he said.
While underscoring the value of education, DS Pandey, headmaster of government school congratulated BYC for taking the initiative. “Students are the backbone of society where education plays a major role to develop the society,” he said, adding life is miserable without knowing the value of education.
Pandey asked every student to use this golden period as whatever the students learn in this period will mould their career in future. He told the students the study materials were provided to encourage them to work hard in studies.
