DIMAPUR, DECEMBER 9 (MExN): The Business Association of Nagas (BAN) held a strategic interaction with the Bangladesh High Commissioner and his delegation on December 8, aimed at promoting bilateral cooperation and exploring trade and business opportunities.
According to a press release, BAN welcomed the Assistant High Commissioner and his team, acknowledging their interest in strengthening engagement with the Naga business community. The discussions focused on trade, entrepreneurship, export–import collaboration, and cultural exchange.
Both sides exchanged ideas on enhancing market linkages, promoting region-specific products, and supporting initiatives that can drive economic development. The Bangladesh delegation expressed keen interest in Nagaland’s entrepreneurial potential and lauded BAN’s efforts in expanding the global reach of local businesses.
The meeting concluded positively, with both parties committing to continued dialogue and collaborative initiatives to create opportunities for stakeholders in Nagaland and Bangladesh, the press release stated.
