KOHIMA, NOVEMBER 20 (MExN): Deputy Commissioner of Kohima, Rajesh Soundararajan has notified all concerned individuals that there shall be strict ban on sale of tobacco products during the upcoming Hornbill Festival at Kisama Village. Any person violating the order shall be liable to be punished as per the law, an order from the DC cautioned.
