Baptist High School, Jalukie organizes motivational camp

Jalukie, June 12 (MExN): The Managing Board of Baptist High School, Jalukie organised ‘Students’ Motivational Camp’ on June 11 at Samziuram Baptist Church.

In the first session of the camp, Daniel Gavlitsky, a mission worker from Poland who is temporarily residing in Guwahati, Assam, dwelled on the topic ‘Fearfully & Wonderfully Made’. He grasped the attention of the listeners by citing some challenging testimonies and examples. He also motivated the students based on the Bible verses, 2 Corinthians 5:14-15, Mathew 16:24-25 and John 7:35-37, according to a press release received here.

The second session was taken up by Alum Zeliang, a member of the school Managing Board. Speaking on the topic – ‘Make a living; Make a difference’, he motivated the participants by narrating few dynamic and true stories. Motivation, he said, “means fire, which we ought to keep the flame ever burning.” He told the students to always remember four basic points in order to be successful – Think always big, work hard, expose positive attitude, and leave the rest unto God. He asserted that there is no short-cut for success.

Earlier, praise & worship was led by Keyisielungbe along with students from School Music Club. Igumpeule welcomed all the staffs, students, resource persons, parents on behalf of the Managing Board.
