Dimapur, March 19 (MExN): Barbeque Nation, India’s most successful casual dining restaurant has launched its outlet in Dimapur, Nagaland. Omega Yepthomi Convenor Public Grievances Cell (PGC), Dimapur Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
President G.S Business Owners Association Dimapur and Ebenezer Orphanage Home kids were the special guest to mark the launch with special band performance, stated a press release received here.
The Barbeque Nation is located at Saviour Ministry Building, 3rd Floor, Opposite SBI, Dhobinala, Dimapur. Diners can visit in the following timings: 12:00 noon to 3:00 pm and 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm. Meal for two costs around Rs.1000, approximately.
Foodies in Dimapur now stand a chance to experience the joy of grilling their own vegetarian and non-vegetarian barbeques on live grills, embedded on the tables at the restaurant. The outlet, spread across an area of 4000 square feet, can accommodate 88 guests and sports a white-orange logo, with a crown atop the brand name which is in line with Barbeque Nation’s new theme of decor 
Barbeque Nation, pioneer of ‘DIY’ (do-it-yourself) cuisine with a concept of live on-the-table grill, is the largest casual dining brand in the country. Apart from offering a delectable menu, the ambience at the restaurant follows a theme that radiates a rustic feel with exposed brick walls and sizzling skewers on tables that double as live kitchen.
The eat-all-you-can buffet at Barbeque Nation showcases an array of vegetarian and non-vegetarian spread. The famous starters on offer will include Unlimited Prawns, Fish, Chicken, Mixed Grill Veg, Barbeque Nation Signature dish Cajun Spiced Potato.
To satiate the sweet tooth, the dessert menu comprises Chocolate Walnut Brownie, Gulab Jamun and Kesari Phirnee, along with a wide range of Kulfis at the restaurant’s most famous Kulfi Nation counter, where guests can mix various flavours and create different combinations.
