
Mokokchung, April 13 (MExN): Agricultural Technology Management Agency (ATMA), Chuchuyimlang block, Mokokchung district conducted Block Farmers’ Advisory Committee (BFAC) meeting at the block office on April 13.
The BFAC members from different villages, BTT members from allied departments along with ATMA support staffs and convener were present in the meeting, which was chaired by Chubaienla ATM, ATMA.
ATM, ATMA, Lipoktila highlighted the agendas of the meeting. The BFAC members shared the problems and grievances faced by the farmers, informed a press release.
T Mayang, AO II, BTT Convener also shared his views on how the ATMA team can help impart more extension technology knowledge to the farmers.
Further, discussions on various farming activities like training, demonstration, capacity building, etc. to be undertaken at the block level were taken up.
The members also gave a positive feedback on how the farmers are benefitted through various trainings and demonstrations conducted at the block level by ATMA, the release stated.
