Young citizens of Nagaland took part in an open interaction about public policy with some major political parties contesting the 13th Nagaland Legislative Assembly Elections on Saturday, February 17, at the Don Bosco Institute in Dimapur. The interaction heard several pertinent questions put up by students that the political parties—Bharatiya Janata Party, Indian National Congress, Nationalist Democratic Progressive Party, Naga People’s Front and National People’s Party—attempted to answer. With citizens’ views taken, it is hoped that the political parties will see their commitments made during the program through if they come to power!
