The BJP 1 Dimapur – I A/C on Wednesday kicked off its election campaign for its candidate, Tovihoto Ayemi at Ward no 1, MST, Eros Lane Dimapur.
Addressing the public, Tovihoto thanked the electors for electing him in 2013 owing to which he gained wide experience in the political field and in governance as well. “With the chance that you gave me last time and having gained wide experience, I am more prepared and equipped to serve you better and effectively,” Tovihoto said and appealed the electors to cast their valuable vote in his favour.
He said peace, prosperity, development and a stable government was on his top priority and that he would put in his best efforts to see that the priorities are realized.
BJP Dimapur District, President, Bendang; BJP DMC candidate, Mewi Lasuh; Former DMC members, Kuhoi Zhimo and Hokuto Zhimo also addressed the gathering.
