Dimapur, October 27 (MExN): Nagaland PHED Minister Jacob Zhimomi today stated that the “BJP party is a cadre based and a disciplined party” and encouraged the party workers to emulate the working mantra of the Prime Minister in which “country comes first, party second and individual last.”
He was speaking as the special guest at the 7th executive meeting of the BJP Dimapur district on October 27 at Hotel Saramati.
He also informed that 1118 toilets construction have been completed in six months by his department in rural areas and declaring Nagaland as open defecation free (ODF) state, thus maintaining ‘Saab ka Saath, Saab Ka Vikas’ (Together with all and Development for all) in spirit and letter.
State Mahila President Nini cheng also encouraged the Mahila party workers to be active in social media platform and in politics.
A one minute silences was observed as a mark of respect to Late K Medom former president of BJP Dimapur District.
The program was chaired by Atu Jamir secretary, presidential address was given by L Bendang Ao District president and vote of thanks was pronounced by Ikato V Sumi. The meeting was attended by various Morchas and Mandals President and General Secretary along with Dimapur District executives and state party officials stationed at Dimapur, a press release from the BJP Dimapur District informed.
