BJP Dimapur District Minority Morcha fetes teachers

Dimapur, September 7 (MExN): The Dimapur District Minority Morcha BJP Nagaland celebrated Teacher's Day on September 5 at Dimapur District BJP Office, Supermarket Area by greeting and paying tributes the teaching fraternity across the country. 

On the occasion, the team also felicitated seven teachers from various institutions of Dimapur district, informed a press release from the Morcha’s General Secretary Ankit Jain.

The teachers were 1) John Cruz Tappo, St Mary's Higher Secondary School; 2) Shanti Wallang, 

Holy Cross Higher Secondary School; 3) Sujata Kumari Rai, Ram Janaki Higher Secondary School; 

4) Queen Chakraborty, St Mary Montessori Higher Secondary School; 4) Joseph Mathew, SD Jain Higher Secondary School; 6) Ratan Saha, Pranab Vidyapith Higher Secondary School; and 7) Bir Bahadur Chetri, Pine Mount School. 

Earlier, the Morcha President, Prakash Chetri greeted the teaching fraternity across the country and said that their hardworks are shaping the young minds and building the nation.

Brij Kishore Rai, State Vice President and Incharge of Minority Morcha Dimapur District BJP Nagaland  further noted that  teachers are the builders of the nation and play an important place in one’s life and stated that it is important to have a day that is dedicated solely to them and their contributions

Tappo, the teacher awardee from St Marty's Hr. Sec. School on behalf of the teachers expressed his gratitude to the Dimapur District Minority Morcha BJP Nagaland for the event, the release added.
