Kohima, July 3 (MExN): The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Kohima District held its District Executive Meeting recently at BJP State Head Office, Kohima.
The programme was graced by H Haiying, Advisor for Prisons, Printing & Stationery as the special guest, according to a press release from the State Media Cell, BJP, Nagaland. In his address, he encouraged the party workers of Kohima district to work together as one and keep the spirit of unity alive, asserting “Kohima is the Capital city of Nagaland, and it is the prerogative of the party to strengthen our position here; because it will eventually lead to strengthening of the party in the other districts as well.”
The meeting was also addressed by State Secretary and in charge of Kohima District Lanuakum O Tzudir, and State Executive member Vineizo Tsurho. State Executive member and Co- in-charge of Kohima District Er Lonshithung Kikon, Kohima District Office Bearers, Mahila Morcha, Yuva Morcha and Mandal office bearers also attended the meeting. Earlier, Kohima District BJP president Khrielie Usou, delivered the presidential address. The special event was sponsored and financed by BJP state vice president Peter Rutsa.
