BJP launches ‘Seva, Sushasan, Gareeb Kalyan’ in Nagaland

Joining the rest of the country, Nagaland state BJP too launched 15 day long “Seva, Sushasan, Gareeb Kalyan” programmes from June 1 in commemoration of 8 years of Modi 2.0 government in India.

Announcing this through a press conference on June 2, Nagaland state BJP president, Temjen Imna Along said that various events/activities marking 8 years of Modi led government will be carried out across the state till June 15. Along said that government in Nagaland has also been resolute in implementing the initiatives of “Seva, Sushasan, Gareeb Kalyan” programmes of Modi led government. Along told media persons that Modi led BJP government is a government that is giving hope to the people of this nation, empowering the people and also initiating step to eradicate poverty, hunger and building more better road ways, building better health care, bringing more economic reforms, bringing social reforms and also making India into a self reliant nation to be counted among the nations of the world.

Today, he said, at these 8 years of commemoration of Modi led government, “we can holistically say that India as a nation has improved and India as a nation has a world reputation today.” “We are very proud of these 8 years of Modi led government,” he said. Here in Nagaland too, the government of the day under the chief minister Neiphiu Rio, deputy chief minister Y. Patton and UDA government has been trying its best to bring all these “Seva, Sushasan, Gareeb Kalyan” programmes initiated by Prime Minister to uplift the people of the state, he said.

BJP chief spokesperson Kuputo Shohe and co-chief spokesperson Nini Cheng also briefed on various initiatives and schemes of Modi led government.
