BJP membership drive in Dimapur

State BJP under the banner of Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (Nagaland) on August 1 undertook membership drive in Dimapur at various locations including Marwaripatti.

During the membership drive at Marwaripatti, State BJYM President, Benjamin Yepthomi appealed the public to participate in the membership drive to bring about positive change in the state and the country.

In line with the national BJP membership exercise, BJYM workers along with BJYM Dimapur District were seen encouraging people at the venue to plant trees, conserve water and also to actively participate in the Swachh Bharat mission.

The mass membership drive was held under the tagline, “Be a part of the country’s development and prosperity,” “Enroll today and be a member of the world’s largest political party,” etc and was attended by Arvind Damani, BJP, NE co-incharge.

With the membership drive in Dimapur on Friday, the state BJYM has started its state tour for membership drive. The team will leave for Mokokchung tomorrow and then to Zunheboto town, Aghunato etc. They would be covering most of the districts during its tour.
