Dimapur, June 23 (MExN): Outgoing Nagaland State Bharatiya Janata Party unit president, Visasolie Lhoungu, has handed over charge of the Office of the BJP Nagaland to the newly appointed Nagaland State unit president, Temjen Imna Along on June 21 in Kohima. This was informed in a press release from the Media Cell of the BJP Nagaland. “Henceforth all official intimations /correspondences of the Party should be routed to the new party President,” stated the press release. The Nagaland State Bharatiya Janata Party also notified that “in compliance with the Central BJP directive and in the interest of the party,” the State President Temjen Imna Along has “revoked and dissolved the Finance & Development Committee BJP Nagaland with effect from June 22.” All the activities of the said committee have been asked to be discontinued.
