Kohima, July 4 (MExN): The BJP Nagaland is scheduled to launch the two-month long Sangathan Parv Membership Drive (SPMD) 2019 on July 6 at Kohima, in the presence of Faggan Singh Fulaste, Union Minister of State for Steel.
A press release issued by the State General Secretary, Co-Incharge, State Membership Committee, BJP Nagaland stated that the prelude to the launch was the holding of Workshops all over the state for all the membership Committees at the State, District and Mandal Level since June 22 which will conclude on July 5. It was attended by all the membership committee members from the State and Districts and District In charges.
The release also informed that after the launch, the membership enrollment no. 89 80 80 80 80 shall be activated and anyone can register themselves as party member with primary membership by giving a missed call which will generate a series of verification for old and new enrollments and will finally confirm and update the party membership.
One phone/sim can enroll up to four members, the paper slip enrollments are also to continue along with electronic enrollments, the release added.
The release also requested all ranks and files of party workers to get in touch with the State, District, Mandal, booth level membership committees and office bearers and carry the message to the people at large numbers and enroll them into the party membership.
