BJP North East in-charge visits Nagaland

Dimapur, November 25 (MExN): The BJP general secretary (Org) and North East in-charge, Ajay Jamwal visited Nagaland on November 24 and 25 and held a series of meetings with party legislators and party office bearers.   BJP State president Visasolie Lhoungu, party State office bearers, State Morcha office bearers and members of the party accorded him a warm reception on his arrival. Ajay Jamwal accompanied by the State President met the party legislators in Kohima, where various aspects of the party were discussed.   On November 25, he held meetings with the party’s Core Group and State office bearers at Hotel Saramati. Party’s forthcoming programmes, agendas and other political aspects were deliberated in detail. He expressed satisfaction at the smooth functioning of the party’s organization and the setting up of party offices at 58 mandals in the state cajoling the party workers to strive hard to strengthen the party, win elected seats and take development to the masses.   He expressed optimism for the party to win the Manipur assembly election slated for early 2017 to form the next government and exuded confidence that Nagaland would also succeed to do so following the footsteps of Assam.   To achieve what lies ahead for the party, he also advised the party members to work and strive together unitedly without promoting differences.   This was stated in a press release issued by BJP Nagaland general secretary (Media), Jaangsillung Gonmei.
