Kohima, September 20 (MExN): The Nagaland state Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) ST Morcha distributed essential commodities at Keziekie Colony and Kitsubozou (Chotobosti) Colony, Kohima, on September 20.
The event marked the culmination of the weeklong celebration of Sewa Saptah (Service Week) in commemoration of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 70th birthday, a press release informed.
During the brief distribution programme, Y P Chillio Khiam, State Executive Member; Lanu Akum O, State Secretary Kohima in-charge and Thrijungliba Sangtam, National executive member, ST Morcha addressed the colony leaders and beneficiaries about the party activities carried out during the service week.
Meanwhile, the colony leaders and beneficiaries expressed gratitude for the party’s gesture, the release stated.
