Wokha, August 14 (MExN): Three Mandals of the BJP Wokha unit – the 37th Tiyi, 39th Sanis and 40th Bhandari Mandas – have stated that they will be boycotting all party activities of Wokha District and the office inaugural function.
This was a re-affirmation of August 2 meeting held in at Tourist Logde, Wokha where the three units along with District executives resolved to boycott among others the Party Office inaugural programme to be held on August 19.
The three constituencies will not co-operate any issue till the case is settled as per the Party Constitution, the three units stated in a press release.
The 37th, 39th and 40th Mandals of Wokha District appealed to the Nagaland State Unit President and State Office bearers to immediately solve the ongoing issue of BJP Wokha unit at the earliest as requested by the.
The three Mandals further stated that they “unanimously resolved and reaffirmed” full support to President James Patton, “who was elected by the majority of the Mandals” on November 15, 2015.
