Zunheboto, July 1 (MExN): The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Zunheboto District made an official tour to all the Assembly Constituencies under Zunheboto district to assess the overall performance of the Mandal offices and address its functionaries.
A press release issued by the General Secretary, BJP Zunheboto District Unit, stated that the tour began from 35-A/C Zunheboto Hq followed by 31-A/C Akuluto, 32-A/C Atoizu, 33-A/C Suruhuto, 34-A/C Aghunato and 36-A/C Satakha which came to close on June 25. It further stated that the District team verified the party organizational set up in all the Mandal Offices: Kisan, YUVA, Mahila ST Morchas and other necessary data works.
Aliba Sangtam BJP full time worker and in charge Zunheboto district joined the touring team. He emphasized on party organizational matters and cautioned that there will be reshuffling in places where the Mandal activities are weak. Sangtam further encouraged the Mandal Presidents to work hard and be pro active.
Shikuto Sema, District President; Er Rtd Yekuto Zhimo Kisan President; Kiitoho Yeptho YUVA President; Vikishe Awomi S.T.Morcha President and Vihoni Aye Vice President Mahila Morcha spoke on various subject matters.
Meanwhile, BJP Zunheboto district conducted workshop on SANGATHAN PAM/ membership drive 2019 on June 28 at District party office which was attended by all the Mandal level membership committee members, the release informed, also adding that the tour was a first of its kind and was beneficial.
