DIMAPUR, MAY 23 (MExN): Deputy Commissioner, Mokokchung in an permit order has granted authorization to JKM Infra Works LLP company of Assam to carry out blasting of stone at the construction site of two-lane between DEF Police Project and Yisemyong from 135.00 to 147.00 km and 156.00 to 168.00 km of NH 61 (new NH 02) on EPC mode on May 24 between 6 PM to 9 PM. The permit order said the work would be carried out under the terms and condition that the contractor shall ensure safety and security of the life and property of public using the road; that the company should follow all relevant rules of the explosives Act/Rule 2008 and that it shall be responsible for any damage to life and property. The permit shall remain valid only for one day.
